Satan Cannot Come Before God To Accuse You   Leave a comment

Good morning all. This is a wonderful message concerning God’s great grace and mercy toward us all. The only thing I changed is I used the scripture from the Amplified Bible because it explains it more clearer. Peace and blessings to you all. Veronica

Satan Cannot Come Before God To Accuse You – Joseph Prince Ministries

Romans 8:33; Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect [when it is] God Who justifies [that is, Who puts us in right relation to Himself? Who shall come forward and accuse or impeach those whom God has chosen? Will God, Who acquits (set free, find not guilty) us?]

The book of Job tells us that Satan came to God’s throne and complained about Job. (Job 1:6–12) God’s throne is the most holy place. So why did God allow Satan to come before Him?

Satan could come before God because Adam had given up his place when he bowed his knee to Satan in the garden of Eden. (Genesis 3) So Satan had the right to take Adam’s place and come before God.

But praise God, Jesus, the last Adam, has come! And the sprinkling of His blood has cleansed the things of heaven. (Hebrews 9:22–24) His blood has cleansed and redeemed the unclean place where Satan walked and stood before God. There remains, therefore, no place in heaven for Satan. He cannot come before God any more to accuse you.

Who then, is in God’s presence today? Jesus! He is there for us. (Hebrews 9:24) And since He is for us, “Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” (Romans 8:34)

So what happened to Job cannot happen to you. Job longed for a mediator, but he had none. (Job 9:33) His dream is our reality. Today, we have Jesus as our Mediator making intercession for us! (1 Timothy 2:5)

However, since the devil cannot come before God any more, he comes to you on earth and accuses you in your conscience. His greatest tool is deception because he has no real power. (Colossians 2:15) He has to deceive you into thinking that God is against you, that He is angry with you because you have failed Him, or that your sickness or poverty is God’s punishment for your sins.

My friend, don’t fall for the devil’s lies. If it is God who justifies you, no one can bring a charge against you! Satan cannot come before God to accuse you. Instead, you have free access to God’s throne of grace to “obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need”. (Hebrews 4:16) Jesus’ holy blood has given you perfect standing in the presence of God!

GROW IN GRACE – Andrew Wommack Ministries

Luke 9:55 "But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of."

LUKE 9:54-56

Jesus was constantly being accused of breaking the law of Moses. He taught differently than the law of Moses (Mt. 5:21-48), and now He rebukes His disciples for desiring to do what an Old Testament prophet did with God’s blessing and power. However, Jesus didn’t come to destroy the law but to fulfill it.

Jesus came not to destroy men’s lives but to save them (Jn. 3:16; 10:10).

"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them" (2 Cor. 5:19). Jesus was just in doing this because He bore our sins (Isa. 53:4-6) and the accompanying wrath of God (Mt. 27:46; Heb. 2:9). Jesus didn’t reject God’s judgment against sin; He bore it (2 Cor. 5:21). Therefore, He was able to extend the grace and mercy of God to those who would have been doomed under the law of Moses (Acts 13:38-39).

The Old Testament law was like a judge passing sentence upon sin. Jesus became our advocate (or lawyer). Even more than that, He became our substitute, bearing "our sins in his own body on the tree" (1 Pet. 2:24).

He didn’t destroy God’s judgment; He fulfilled it in Himself, so that we could go free. This forever changed God’s dealings with sinful man. In light of what Jesus has done in the New Covenant, we would be rebuked for trying to release God’s wrath upon others as was done in the Old Covenant. Likewise, if Jesus would have been on the earth in His physical body, reconciling the world unto Himself in the days of Elijah, then Elijah would have been rebuked for his actions, as recorded in 2 Kings 1:9-15. There is a difference between Old Testament law and New Testament grace. "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ" (Jn. 1:17). Grow in grace.

Hebrews 4:16; Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Romans 2:4; Or despisest thou the riches of His goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Good morning; I want to share this testimony of God’s grace and mercy; which is God showing us His love. Several months ago I made a mistake by getting a loan to help someone in need. The Lord told me not to and to trust Him to help her. But because I acted out of fear, I disobeyed the Lord. I asked for His forgiveness and asked for Him to help me pay this loan off. I asked Him that but I didn’t do it in faith because I was thinking about the sin and I should receive punishment to help me change. I knew the Lord forgave me. But I asked someone close to me for help and give me the money to pay the loan off. But instead the person just judged me and treated me harshly. The words spoken to me only made me feel worse than I felt from the sin I committed. The person went on to bring up my past sins, which I barely think about. But after this person went off on me I felt worse than worse. I even went to the Lord and said “do You feel the same way”. The Lord told me “no”. I still struggled because I was between what God wanted me to have and the judgment I received from this person. My flesh wanted the punishment so I would learn a lesson, but my spirit wanted forgiveness and grace. Well, when I asked for forgiveness it wasn’t beneficial because of the negative treatment I received from this person. I didn’t ask the Lord to forgive in the right manner. I only asked because of fear. I asked not because I was godly sorry, but because I wanted to get help pay the loan. I eventually became godly sorry and asked the Lord to help me. I felt I repented. Well, I needed help financially to get household items this week because I won’t have enough money because I have to pay the loan this week. The Holy Spirit has been telling me to come boldly to the throne of Grace. He told me again yesterday. So while sitting in my garage I prayed and told the Lord I needed money for groceries this week. I knew I couldn’t ask the person that judged me, because when I asked that person to help me pay that loan I was told no. Not just "no"; but was harsh and very hurtful. After talking to that person I felt like I was worst than worst. Those words and reactions was so harsh it caused me to feel I had no hope. But after I prayed for help financially, the Lord sent it. I received a message from a friend who the Lord spoke to. She knew what I did because I asked for prayer. I was in a bad spiritual place and needed prayer from someone I knew walked in God’s Love. My friend didn’t know of my need for help in finances. I didn’t tell anyone of my need but the Lord God, our Provider. This blesses me more than just financially, but in my spirit. I’m also posting a devotional email I received this morning from Andrew Wommack that’s in line with my testimony and it helped me understand what God did. You see, the person who showed me judgment was their way of punishing me for my wrong; but when this friend’s helping me even though I was wrong shows me God’s grace. When I thought about my friend helping me even though she knows what I did, that makes me want to serve God out of love. That judgmental act from the other person caused me to doubt God’s love for me which only produced fear in me. Just like this Word God spoke to Andrew; under the New Covenant we are to serve God out of love for Him and not fear from punishment from Him. Jesus already bore mine and our punishment. That person trying to teach me a lesson didn’t do what he intended for it to do; I didn’t change because of judgment and harsh words; but God showing me His grace brought me to repentance and also closer to Him. Being reconciled to God is what it’s about. That’s one of the works of Jesus. Man, I understand showing His grace and the positive results that come from it as oppose to showing someone the law/judgment, that only produces death. The Bible tells us the law brings death where the Spirit brings life. Since receiving those harsh and deadly words, I started listening to teachings from Andrew Wommack on Love. Through those teachings I was able to forgive the person who refused to help and only showed me judgment. I want him to receive what the Lord showed me; GRACE. I have no desire for vengeance toward him like I did a couple of days ago. But only for him to know God’s grace. Grace can be contagious if you receive it. You’ll share it with others. Thank God for showing us His love through His grace. It’s powerful and greater than judgment. I don’t desire to do that sin no more because God showed me His goodness through His grace. I have truly repented, not because of the punishment I received from that person, but because of God’s goodness. I pray you all receive God’s grace and share it with others; no matter what they’ve done. Peace to you all. – Veronica

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE – Andrew Wommack Ministries

John 6:45, "It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me."

JOHN 6:40-45

The Old Testament prophets prophesied of a new covenant where we would all be taught of God. This is speaking of revelation knowledge that comes from within, through our spirit. Under the Old Covenant, God dealt with the Jews through the outer man. He did this because an Old Covenant man (who was not born again) could not perceive the spiritual truths revealed in the New Covenant by the Spirit (1 Cor. 2:14). This difference between the old and new covenants is the reason why there had to be two covenants.

The Old Testament man was comparable to a child in his ability to grasp spiritual truth. It is impossible to explain spiritual truth to a young child, and yet, a child must be restrained from submitting to evil. So, the Word of God teaches us to use the "rod of correction" (Prov. 13:24; 19:18; 22:15). The child may not understand resisting the devil, and yet, when the devil tries to entice him to steal, he will say "No!" because he fears he will get the rod if he does steal. Likewise, Old Testament saints were restrained from sin by a fear of the wrath and punishment of God. This curbed sin, but it also hindered them from receiving the goodness and love of God (1 Jn. 4:18).

Under the New Testament, which Jesus is speaking of in this verse, the punishment for our sins was laid on Him. We no longer serve God out of fear of punishment like once we did when we were "children" under the law, but we serve Him out of love; because He has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, making us His sons. We serve Him because our nature has been changed through the new birth. Today, be taught of God through the indwelling presence of Christ.

The Goodness of God   Leave a comment

Hi all,

I’m currently reading a book titled “Grace; the Power of the Gospel. It is a blessing to me.  While reading a part talking about what Jesus did for us made me think about a statement my god-daughter told me back in January concerning Beyonce. I thought about that statement and thought it’s a shame to want someone to go to hell. Jesus died for our sins. He took our payment for OUR sins. To want someone to go to hell isn’t thinking like Jesus.  I want to re-post that message from January, 2014 concerning the goodness of God, the Creator, the Father of Jesus Christ, who is Lord AND Savior. I pray you all receive His Grace and receive His good news. That wages (payment) for sins have been paid by Jesus so He can give us the free gift of eternal life. Even those who live their Christian life not in God’s grace but condemning people like Beyonce, instead of being angry with them, pray for their eyes to be opened to the Love that Jesus has for us all. Jesus paid the price for all our sins. Everyone deserves God’s goodness.

This past Saturday morning my granddaughter, who just turned 6 this month, said she wanted to draw a picture of God (see above). Me and her mother was saying we really wanted to see the finish product to see what she felt God looked like. So when she was done she explained what was in the pictures. In the picture there is a woman sitting on a camel with her hands on her belly and she’s crying. There’s a man holding a leash guiding the camel with the woman on it. When my grand-daughter explained the picture, she said that was Mary riding the camel and the man was God. I asked her why is Mary crying. She said Mary was happy because God is so good to us. What I didn’t know was my daughter in-law was in need of help from the Lord and that message spoke personally to her. Later that day while me and my daughter in-law was talking about the picture, the Lord gave her more revelation. She said “The woman was crying because she knows God and that He forgives us”. God’s loving-kindness, goodness truly do brings us to tears. Our God is so awesome. It IS the GOODNESS of God that leads us to repentance. Also, I’m posting an email I got the same day from Joseph Prince concerning God’s grace and His goodness toward us. Also, the next day on Sunday afternoon my 7 year old god-daughter came for a visit and she told me that her pastor said that Beyoncé sold her soul to the devil and she cannot come back from that. The Holy spirit instantly told me that was not true. That judgmental statement just takes away the purpose Jesus came to earth, which is to die for our sins. The Holy Spirit told me that he said that about Beyoncé to have an excuse not to pray for her. Beyoncé has the right to repentance as well as anyone else. Just like the apostle Paul, Peter, even Judas if he repented. In Revelations 2:20-21 says God gave Jezebel space to repent, but she didn’t. But the fact is His grace was given toward Jezebel. Our God is so awesome. Peace and blessings.

Be Christ-Conscious – Joseph Prince

Ephesians 1:7; In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

Have you ever woken up in the morning and said, “Today, I will not sin.” And as you leave your house, you say, “I must be careful not to fall into sin today. I don’t want to sin. I will not sin!” My friend, when you do this, you are no longer Christ-conscious but sin-conscious, even though you have not sinned yet.

Men, have you ever caught yourself thinking, “I don’t want to look at any woman in case I lust”? You are being sin-conscious when you think like that. And sooner or later, you will lust in your heart. You may not sin outwardly, but you will sin inwardly.

Have you also tried confessing every sin? I have! As a teenager, when a bad thought came, I would quickly say, “I’m sorry, Lord. Forgive me for this thought in Jesus’ name.” Then, another thought would come and I would quickly say, “Forgive me, Lord, for that thought in Jesus’ name.” Then, if I happen to doubt His forgiveness, I would confess my unbelief and ask for forgiveness: “Forgive me, Lord, for doubting You.” Before I knew it, I was oppressed in my mind and so sin-conscious instead of Christ-conscious!

My friend, when you fall into sin, God wants you to be Christ-conscious. This means that when you have missed it, God wants you to be conscious that in Christ, you have forgiveness of sins through His blood. God wants you to be conscious that Christ was wounded and bruised for your sins, and that the chastisement for your peace was upon Him. (Isaiah 53:5)

When you are Christ-conscious, you will have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1) You will know that you are the righteousness of God in Christ because He who knew no sin was made sin for you. (2 Corinthians 5:21) He took your sin and now you have His righteousness.

So when you fall, don’t be conscious of your failure and feel bad or condemned. Instead, be conscious of who you are in Christ, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue your walk with God!

Point To Jesus, Your Qualification   Leave a comment

Point To Jesus, Your Qualification – From Joseph Prince Ministries

1 Corinthians 1:30; But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—

When the devil accuses us of having done wrong and tells us that we don’t deserve God’s blessings, what should we do? Well, the Lord showed me one day what we are to do. We are to point everything back to Jesus, who qualifies us for all of God’s blessings.

So when the devil says, “You are not righteous enough,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my righteousness!”

When the devil says, “You are not holy enough,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my sanctification!”

When the devil says, “You don’t deserve to be healed,” just look to Jesus and declare, “By His stripes I am healed!”

When the devil says, “You don’t qualify for the blessing,” just look to Jesus and declare, “He is my qualification!”

Each time you point everything back to Jesus, the devil has nothing to say because Jesus qualifies you for all of God’s blessings. In and of yourself, you do not qualify. Without Christ, there is nothing good in you which can qualify you.

But with Christ, your disqualification becomes your qualification for the undeserved, unearned and unmerited blessings of God. And because God puts your life in Christ (Colossians 3:3), who is the all-deserving one, you become all-deserving. Because you are in Christ, you are qualified.

Jesus qualifies you because He died for you and gave you a blood-bought right to every blessing of God. You have a blood-bought right to a life full of meaning, purpose and abundance. You have a blood-bought right to walk in divine health. You have a blood-bought right to God’s provision even when the economy is bad. You have a blood-bought right to preferential treatment because God favors you. You have a blood-bought right to the good life!

My friend, you have a right to all these blessings not because you are good, but because Jesus shed His blood and qualified you to have them. So don’t let the devil or anyone tell you that you can’t expect to walk in the blessings of God!

The King Is Not Angry With You   Leave a comment

Good morning,

This is an awesome message. So many Christians believe God is angry with them. But under the new covenant we have with God because of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s isn’t angry with us. I’ve heard a pastor state that “God is going to get you”. That thought produced burdens in me and not freedom. When I learned of His grace and mercy, I started to feel free; which caused me to trust Him to forgive my sins and cleanse me. Grace actually helped me sin less. There are so many things that happen on the earth and to people and God is getting blamed for them. But we have to trust what the Lord Jesus says in Luke 9:56. Jesus says He didn’t come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. This was said to a town who rejected Jesus. There are so many things we don’t understand, but we have to trust when He says He didn’t come to destroy our lives. We have only one who come to destroy us and that’s satan. The Word of God warns us that satan comes to steal, kill AND destroy, BUT Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). If this is something you feel is wrong, just read and ask the Lord to reveal it to you. There are scriptures that back up this message, but you need to allow the Holy Spirit to open your heart to His Word and away from some traditional teachings. Think about it for a moment; why would Jesus come and die for us just to kill us. That’s not our Lord. Peace and blessings to us all.

Luke 9:51-56; And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, and sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

1 John 1:9; If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

The King Is Not Angry With You – From Joseph Prince Ministries

Proverbs 19:12; The king’s wrath is like the roaring of a lion, but his favor is like dew on the grass.

The Bible tells us that the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) But have you ever wondered why he acts like a roaring lion?

It has something to do with a lion’s roar. In the Bible, the roaring of a lion speaks of the king’s wrath—“The king’s wrath is like the roaring of a lion”. So when the devil walks about like a roaring lion, he is trying to give you the impression that the King is angry with you. And when you believe that God is angry with you, the devil knows that he has got you.

When you think that God is angry or displeased with you, you will not be confident of His love toward you. Instead, you will expect and fear punishment from Him. And you will want to stay away from Him because you do not wish to incur His wrath any further.

But the truth is that God is not angry with you, even when you fail or blow it, because all your sins have already been judged in the body of His Son at the cross. As the Lamb of God, Jesus became your burnt offering. That is why He said, “I thirst.” (John 19:28)

Those who heard Him say that at Calvary that day thought that His thirst was physical. Actually, His thirst was spiritual because He was being “burnt” by the fire of God’s wrath. He was being judged for our sins. His body exhausted all of God’s wrath until every claim of God’s holiness was satisfied and His wrath appeased!

Now, there is a law called “the law of double jeopardy”, which states that the same crime cannot be tried twice. Today, the fire of God’s wrath will never fall on you as a believer because it has already fallen on His Son at the cross. He judged your sins then, but in the body of His Son.

So right now, you are not under the King’s wrath but His favor. And His favor rains down on you like dew on the grass every morning!

The Clause That Makes It All Happen   Leave a comment

The Clause That Makes It All Happen – From Joseph Prince

Hebrews 8:12; For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

We are no longer under the old covenant. We are now under the new covenant. And in this new covenant, God says that He will do three things for us:

Lead us—“I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts.” (Hebrews 8:10) These are the laws of faith, love and liberty to guide you in everything you do. It is a spontaneous, dynamic, active and intimate way to be led by God.

Work miracles for us—“I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” (Hebrews 8:10) The phrase “I will be their God” denotes a miracle-working God. So if you are sick and God says, “I will be your God,” get ready for healing! If you are poor and God says, “I will be your God,” get ready for His supply!

Cause us to know Him effortlessly—“…all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.” (Hebrews 8:11) The Greek word for “know” here is eido. It means to know intuitively without effort. This means that you will know God easily.

Do you want to experience all these blessings in your life today?

“Of course, Pastor Prince, I want to be led by God. I want Him to work miracles in my life. I want to know Him intimately without straining or striving.”

Then, you need to know the clause that makes it all happen: “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” The words “no more” in the Greek carry a strong double-negative sense. So God is saying, “I will never, by no means, remember your sins!”

Beloved, the more you believe this in your heart, the more you will see those blessings fulfilled in your life. When you realize how much God has forgiven you and remembers your sins no more, you will know Him, His ways and His will for you intimately and intuitively without effort.

So believe in your heart today the clause on which all these blessings hinge, and get ready for miracles and hopes fulfilled in the days ahead!
